Meal Planning & Prep with @Keerecipes
Provide clients with in-home meal planning and preparation. I will come to your home to assist in cooking healthy meal options. Service includes; menu planning (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner), in-home cooking (lunch, dinner & snacks) and prepping. 5-6 days worth of meals will be prepared per visit.
$40 per hour (min. 2 hours required)

I'm no chef but I know the difference between good and bad food choices. By applying my personal nutrition certification, I can prepare healthy, tasty meals...using only fresh, mostly organic ingredients and no trans fat to help you reach your goal(s) on a marconutrient level. Meals will include adqueate portions of good fats, carbs & proteins and of course veggies. Detailed emails will be sent to customers with calorie and marconutrient info.
Includes: 9 meals (4 lunch/5 dinner) for $120 or 5 meals (lunch or dinner) for $65. KIT training clients receive discount, details when you sign up
$5off if you provide your own meal prep containers. I only prepare 10 orders per week so, this is considered a "1st pay 1st serve" service.
Smoothie/Juice Mix Recipe Package
This package includes 10 fruit and vegetables mix recipes. I personally use smoothies as meal replacements or snacks. All the smoothies taste great and will boost your nutrition, energy levels and help you achieve your weight loss, detox and health goals. Not to mention they are gluten free. (blender and fruit/veggies are not included in this package) $20
Grocery Store Consultation/ Tour
We will visit the grocery store of your choice and shop according to your health and fitness goals you want to achieve results. I’ll help you make better food choices, show you how to read labels, introduce new ingredients/spices and healthy on-the-go options.** Store must be within 25 mile radius of Capitol Heights, Maryland** $85 (Two 1 hour visits; COST DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD PURCHASE)
